1.专利数据库PATENTSCOPE

PATENTSCOPE作为WIPO全球专利检索系统，提供可全方位检索的专利数据库。PATENSCOPE功能灵活并提供多语种的界面和翻译工具，方便用户查找和理解专利文献。

PATENTSCOPE is WIPO’s global patent search system. It offers a powerful, fully searchable database with flexible, multi-lingual interfaces and translation tools to assist users in finding and understanding patent documents.

2. 信息源丰富：PATENTSCOPE包含

    o  WIPO运营的全球专利体系——《专利合作条约》下的专利申请。

    o  来自非洲地区知识产权组织（ARIPO）、欧亚专利组织（EAPO）和欧洲专利局（EPO）等多个参与地区专利局的专利文献。

    o  来自中国、日本、韩国和美国等多个国家的专利文献汇编。

3. 操作便捷

     o  在检索窗口中输入查询关键词，即可在系统中检索每份文档的专利名称、日期、编号、摘要、发明人和申请人。 

     o  通过免费注册PATENTSCOPE账户，用户还可将检索结果导出到Microsoft Excel中，便于查阅，或设置提醒，监测其关注的专利信息的更新。

2. PATENTSCOPE contains a huge amount of information:

     o  Patent applications under the PCT, the global patent system which WIPO operates.

     o  Patent documents from participating regional patent offices, including the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).

     o  Patent documents from many national patent collections, including China, Japan, South Korea and the United States.

3. Easy to use

      o  Just type in a term to search the patent title, date, number, abstract, inventor and applicant for every document in the system. 

      o  Users can also save custom searches, export search results, or set up alerts by registering for a PATENTSCOPE account for free.

2.全球品牌数据库Global Brand Database

 全球品牌数据库是一个汇集了商标、原产地名称和官方徽章的全球数据库。全球品牌数据库简化了检索流程，使用户可以在多个国家和国际数据源中进行一键检索。数据库还支持图形和文字检索，使检索方法更为直观、灵活和有效。

The Global Brand Database is WIPO’s global database of trademarks, appellations of origin and official emblems. It streamlines trademark searches by allowing you to perform a single trademark search across multiple national and international sources. Moreover, it provides an intuitive, flexible and powerful search function that supports image-based as well as text-based searches.

3.马德里监视器Madrid Monitor

 用户可通过马德里监视器跟进商标的国际申请或注册状态，获取通过马德里体系注册的所有商标的详细信息，并对指定商标的更新状态进行跟踪。

Users of Madrid Monitor can follow the status of their international application or trademark registration, access detailed information on all trademarks registered through the Madrid System, and receive updates about certain trademarks.

4.全球外观设计数据库Global Design Database

 全球外观设计数据库界面设计简单直观。用户可以一键免费检索WIPO海牙体系下注册和/或参与国数据库中的工业品外观设计。数据库包含13,060,000多件设计。

Via a single, intuitive interface, the Global Design Database enables free, simultaneous searches of more than 13,060,000 industrial designs registered under the WIPO-administered Hague System and/or in participating national collections.

5.Hague Express

Hague Express数据库每周更新一次。数据库内容包括自1985年1月3日后注册的已公布的国际注册著录项目数据，专属或部分属《海牙协定》1999年文本和1960年文本的国际注册，以及工业品外观设计的复制件。数据库保留已过期的国际注册。

The weekly updated Hague Express Database includes bibliographical data and – as far as international registrations governed exclusively or partly by the 1999 and by the 1960 Act(s) of the Hague Agreement are concerned – reproductions of industrial designs relating to published international registrations bearing a registration date as from January 3, 1985. International registrations that have lapsed are not removed from the Database.

6.WIPO Lex

WIPO Lex数据库提供世界各地知识产权的法律信息。数据库分为三部分：知识产权法律法规、WIPO管理的条约和知识产权相关条约，以及知识产权裁判文书。 

WIPO Lex provides free of charge access to legal information on intellectualproperty (IP) from around the world. The WIPO Lex Database is organized into three collections, consisting of IP laws and regulations, WIPO-administered treaties and IPrelated treaties, and IP judgments.

7.WIPO Lex-Judgments

WIPO Lex-Judgments是WIPO新推出的免费数据库，供用户在线查询全世界的知识产权司法判决。WIPO Lex-Judgments于2020年9月上线，收录了所有已编目的判决书的可检索书目详情，其中包括客体、发布机构、程序类型、相关立法、关键词和摘要，以及判决书的原文全文。

WIPO Lex-Judgments is WIPO’s new database to provide open and free-of-charge online access to judicial decisions on IP from around the world. Launched in September 2020, WIPO Lex-Judgments captures searchable, bibliographical details for all indexed judgments, which include subject matter, issuing authority, type of proceeding, relevant legislation, keyword and summary, as well as the full text of the judgment in its original language.
