刘颖华，女，汉族，清华大学民商法专业与美国普度大学旅游与酒店管理专业毕业，现为中国科学技术大学公共事务学院国际合作部主任，六级职员； 兼任《科技与法律》英文编辑。参与中科院国际合作局、国家外专局重点引智专项、安徽省、合肥市哲学社科等科研项目数项。参与翻译学术译著3本。
